We offer private communication and education support services across the Top of the South region.
With over 32 years of combined experience as a Speech Language Therapists in the education sector, Loren and Rachel are well placed to provide tailored, evidence-based support to learners with communication needs.
We also collaborate with early childhood centres and schools, helping educators adapt the curriculum, create inclusive learning environments and develop their ability to respond effectively to learner needs.

First things first! Let’s chat about your concerns or any support you might need.
We can set up an assessment to see if our services are a good match for your family. Sometimes the assessment takes just one session, but it might take a bit longer, depending on your needs.
After that, we’ll go over the results together and come up with a plan that works best for you.
When working with kids, we make sure sessions are fun and based on their interests, all while keeping our goals in mind. We’ll focus on weaving these goals into everyday routines.
We love getting parents involved too, so you can help your child practice at home and see faster progress.
Assessment sessions are usually about an hour, and therapy sessions are around 45 minutes.

Fee Schedule - 2025
The following are fees for 2025 and are subject to change.
Individual

An initial phone consultation is free - this is an important first step to identify supports required and work out "where to from here?"

Assessment Session(s)- $350 - includes brief written summary and recommendations

Assessment Report - Comprehensive report and strategies, P.O.A

Intervention sessions - $130/ session. Sessions are typically 45 minutes long.

Travel mileage and time is charged outside of Nelson/Stoke/Richmond Area, unless otherwise agreed

How Can I Pay?
An invoice will be sent to your nominated email address following our session.
Payment is by internet banking or credit card (surcharge applies)
